My plants
These are the first plants I've had that have lived for over 4 months. There is absolutely no sun in front of my apartment, so most flowers just die after a little while. I'm not really sure how these are still alive, but I'm proud.
There hasn't been anything very exciting going on lately, but I haven't written in awhile and all I could think to take a picture of at the moment was my plants.
I have 3 requests on the book tomorrow. Cosmo lingo transfers that to mean that 3 people have requested me for an appointment tomorrow. That is cool because on an average day I really don't have much on my slot. I get a lot of walk-ins through the day, but this is cool. One of them is cornrows though. Uh. I wish I didn't know how to do those sometimes, but it is good because I'm getting really fast at it, and when I'm actually working I can charge a lot for it and be fast. I'm pretty sure I'm the only person in Harrison that knows how to do those.
Oh, something else kinda cool. There is a salon that is interested in me. The owner of a really nice, new salon came to school to look for someone to work there now, but my instructors "highly recommended" me, so she said. She told me to call her when I'm closer to being done. So that makes me feel good, I'm exactly half way done with school and I'm already highly recommended. On Tuesday I will have 800 hours which means that I'm officially a senior stylist. Woo. I'll get a pin. Oh boy. I'll take a picture of that next. haha...
